Defendant was charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. During the jury selection at defendant's trial, the State possessed certain Bureau of Investigation reports which indicated that five of the prospective jurors had criminal records. These same five jurors misrepresented their criminal records on their own juror information cards. The State failed to completely disclose to the court...
