Defendant, Robert E. Buening, was arrested on October 18, 1990, for driving under the influence of alcohol in violation of section 11-501(a)(2) of the Illinois Vehicle Code (Ill.Rev.Stat.1989, ch. 95½, par. 11-501(a)(2)). On November 9, 1990, he was charged by information with driving under the influence of alcohol. On January 3, 1991, defendant filed a motion in limine seeking suppression of all evidence...
