Petitioner Mark A. Klein appeals from the Woodford County circuit court's disposition of marital property. He alleges the court erred by (1) awarding maintenance to respondent Joni K. Klein although she was cohabiting; (2) requiring petitioner to pay $1,150 towards respondent's attorney fees; and (3) allocating as debt to petitioner only a $2,000 loan made during the parties...
