Included in the judgment of divorce was a provision that Dunlap would pay $1,400 per month as child support for their minor daughter Trisha Dunlap. A partition agreement executed on September 3, 1982 again recited an agreement by Dunlap to pay $1,400 per month as child support, as additional consideration for the execution of the agreement.
