Wren, was indicted in Madison County cause no. 90-CF-150 for two counts of armed robbery (Ill.Rev.Stat. 1989, ch. 38, par. 18-2) and in cause no. 90-CF-203 for two counts of aggravated unlawful restraint (Ill.Rev.Stat.1989, ch. 38, par. 10-3.1).
