On March 26, 1991, the circuit court of McLean County entered judgment on a jury verdict finding defendant Eugenio Flores guilty of possession of more than 30 grams but less than 500 grams of cannabis (Ill.Rev.Stat.1989, ch. 56½, par. 704(d)), but not guilty of possession with the intent to deliver cannabis (Ill.Rev.Stat.1989, ch. 56½, par. 705(d)). He was subsequently sentenced to 8 days' periodic...
