BURGESS, Justice.

A jury convicted appellant of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He pleaded "true" to the enhancement paragraphs of the indictment. The trial court assessed punishment at sixty years' confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Appellant previously appealed to this court, the appeal was abated and the case remanded for the trial court to conduct a hearing on appellant's motion for new trial...
