Following a bench trial, on June 4, 1990, defendant, Anthony Fort, was convicted of armed robbery (Ill.Rev.Stat. 1989, ch. 38, par. 18-2(a)). On September 21, 1990, the trial court sentenced defendant to a 10-year term of imprisonment. Defendant appeals his sentence, contending that the trial court erred in considering improper factors in imposing sentence and that the sentence was excessive. Defendant did not raise...
