Plaintiffs move for judgment on the agency record pursuant to Rule 56.1 of the Rules of this Court. Defendant opposes the motion, but concedes that its finding of single corporate dumping margins for Plaintiffs' roller chain, rather than channel-specific dumping margins, and the imposition of new cash deposit rates, were not investigated, not supported by substantial evidence on the record, and not in accordance with law...
