This court affirmed Appellant's convictions for Aggravated Sexual Assault and Indecency with a Child in an unpublished opinion. The Court of Criminal Appeals reversed and remanded the cause to this Court for disposition of Appellant's claim that harmful hearsay evidence was improperly admitted before the jury. See Lankston v.
