This appeal involves a suit to recover past due wages, statutory penalties and attorney fees pursuant to La.R.S. 23:631 et seq. Plaintiff-appellant, Kirby J. Guidry, appeals a judgment of the trial court which dismissed his petition with prejudice for failure to state a cause of action.
