A jury found defendant Kenneth Jackson guilty of stealing, § 570.030,1 and he was sentenced, as a prior and persistent offender, to 10 years' imprisonment. Defendant appeals, and that appeal is Case No. 16899. After the jury trial, defendant filed a motion under Rule 29.15 seeking post-conviction relief. The motion was denied after evidentiary hearing.
