Marcella Hale and her husband, Leonard Hale, sued Sequoyah Caverns and Campgrounds, Inc., alleging liability for injuries sustained by Marcella in a slip and fall accident on the premises of Sequoyah Caverns, a tourist attraction owned and operated by the defendant.1 The trial court entered a summary judgment in favor of Sequoyah Caverns and denied the Hales' post-judgment motion.
