Defendant, Francis Woltz, was charged in Montgomery County with one count of aggravated criminal sexual assault. (Ill. Rev.Stat.1989, ch. 38, par. 12-14(b)(1).) Defendant was found guilty by a jury and sentenced to 30 years' imprisonment in the Department of Corrections.
