This appeal arises from a negligence action filed by plaintiff, Leanne Ono, against defendant, Chicago Park District, in the circuit court of Cook County. After a trial, the jury found for defendant. On appeal, plaintiff asserts that the trial court improperly gave a non-Illinois Pattern Jury Instruction tendered by defendant.
