Buckner was charged with possession of a prohibited weapon—machine gun, an unregistered firearm, and unregistered ammunition. After the trial court denied her motion to suppress evidence, Buckner entered a conditional guilty plea (pursuant to Super.Ct.Crim.R. 11(a)(2)) to all counts. On appeal she challenges only the denial of her suppression motion. We affirm.
