This is a declaratory judgment action to establish which insurance carrier is primarily liable for damages resulting from an automobile accident. Plaintiff Green Mountain Insurance Company (Green Mountain) appeals from an order of the Orleans Superior Court granting summary judgment to defendant Maine Bonding & Casualty Company (Maine Bonding).
