The plaintiffs in these consolidated class actions represent the past, present, and future male employees of American Cast Iron Pipe Co. (ACIPCO). They challenge ACIPCO's policy of denying medical and dental insurance coverage to the children of ACIPCO employees if those children do not reside full time with their employee-parent.
