ROSSMAN, Judge.

Mother appeals from a juvenile court order, on a dependency petition, finding her infant daughter to be within the court's jurisdiction. On de novo review, we affirm.

Child lives with her mother and her mother's boyfriend, Castro. On March 5, 1991, mother took child, who was 2-½ years old, to the Douglas Community Hospital emergency room because child had bruises on her abdomen, was suffering...
