CAMPBELL, Judge.

Appellant was convicted of capital murder. Tex.Penal Code § 19.03(a)(6). At the punishment stage of the trial, the jury answered "yes" to each of the three issues prescribed by Article 37.071(b) of the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure. As required by Article 37.071(e) of the Code, the trial judge sentenced Appellant to death. Direct appeal to this Court is automatic. Tex.Code Crim.Proc. 37.071(h).
