Appellant brought this pro se action against Paul Vaughn d/b/a Vaughn Electronics, Radio Shack, and David Byrd for injuries he allegedly suffered in a Radio Shack store in Fayetteville, Arkansas, as the result of concurring negligence of an employee of the Radio Shack and one David Byrd.
