This is an appeal from the Washington County Circuit Court by Henry Brantley following his conviction for the crimes of armed robbery and rape. Brantley was sentenced to twenty (20) years for armed robbery and to thirty-five (35) years for rape, the sentences to run consecutively, in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections.
