Steven Huddleston (a minor at the time this action was filed) and his mother Pearl (Huddleston)1 Lynch appeal from a summary judgment dismissing their personal injury action against the Most Reverend William A. Hughes, Roman Catholic Bishop of the Diocese of Covington, Kentucky. Because we agree that Kentucky's "Recreational Use Statute" (KRS 411.190) has application to the defendant, we affirm that aspect of the judgment...
