WATKINS, Judge.

The defendant, Alfred Flowers, was charged by bill of information with armed robbery, a violation of LSA-R.S. 14:64. The defendant pled not guilty, and after a trial by jury, he was found guilty as charged. The defendant was sentenced to forty-five years imprisonment at hard labor, with credit for time served.
