Defendant, the State of Louisiana through the Department of Public Safety and Corrections (State), appeals a judgment by the trial court which set aside the suspension of John P. Williamson's, driving privileges and permanently enjoined the State from revoking, suspending, or otherwise limiting Williamson's driving privileges.
