This is an appeal from the Circuit Court of Holmes County before which appellant Tom McGee, Jr. ("McGee") was convicted on August 17, 1990, for the sale of cocaine. McGee was sentenced to serve a term of thirty (30) years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections and to pay a fine of $25,000.
