This appeal arises out of a workers' compensation claim for injuries suffered by Cirilo Degollado while in the employ of Calvert Concrete Company ("Calvert"). National Farmers Union Property and Casualty Company ("National Farmers") was the workers' compensation carrier for Calvert.
