OPINION

GRANT, Justice.

Marquis Dunkins appeals from a conviction for delivery of a controlled substance. The jury assessed punishment at seventyfive years imprisonment and a $15,000 fine. Dunkins contends on appeal that the trial court erred (1) by failing to consider a juror's affidavit alleging jury misconduct in overruling Dunkins' motion for new trial and (2) by overruling the motion for new trial.
