In April of 1980 appellant retired from the U.S. Army with 20 years and 2 months of service to his credit. On April 25, 1983 appellee filed a petition for legal separation, resulting in a Judgment of legal separation, based on mutuality of fault, on December 14, 1983. A judgment of divorce...
