A court convicted appellant, Johnny Sontag, of driving while intoxicated. Tex.Rev. Civ.Stat.Ann. art. 6701/-1 (Vernon 1989). Punishment was assessed by the trial court at ninety days in jail, probated for two years, and a $400.00 fine.
