This is an appeal from the granting of a motion to suppress evidence. Appellee, Rickey Lee Adkins, was charged by information with the misdemeanor offense of driving while intoxicated. Adkins filed a motion to suppress evidence claiming that Officer Larry Boyd of the Arlington Police Department did not have reasonable suspicion to detain him.
