Paul Schumpert was indicted along with David Scott and Ilmi Fejzoski on one count of conspiracy to possess and distribute cocaine, and one count of attempting to possess cocaine with intent to distribute, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 846, 841(a)(1).
