KAPLAN, Justice.

Linny Preston Collins pleaded nolo contendere to driving while intoxicated. The trial court accepted his plea and found him guilty as charged in the information. Punishment was assessed at 365 days' confinement, probated for twenty-four months, and a $500 fine.
