Dulac appeals from a conviction for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of intoxicating liquor, 29 M.R.S.A. § 1312-B (Supp.1990), entered by the Superior Court (Kennebec County, Delahanty, C.J.) upon his conditional guilty plea.
