OPINION ON APPELLANT'S PTITIONS FOR DISCRETIOARY REVIEW

CAMPBELL, Judge.

In a single trial, a jury found appellant guilty of both possessing and delivering less tnan iwenty-eignt grams or cocaine. See Tex.Health 481.001 et seq. The trial court assessed appellant's punishment at thirty-five years imprisonment for possession of the controlled substance and twenty-five years imprisonment for its delivery.
