This case involves the Revised Uniform Reciprocal Enforcement of Support Act (RURESA). Ernest and Nora Kerfoot obtained a divorce in Oklahoma in 1981, and Nora was awarded custody of their two children. Ernest Kerfoot, appelee, was ordered to pay child support in the amount was reduced to $250.00 per month in 1982. Appelle moved to and now resides in Arkansas, and Nora changed her residence to Texas, Where she became a recipient of Aid to Families...
