Vicki L. Walter (wife) appeals an order of the trial court determining her liability for child support arrearages. We reverse and remand for further proceedings.

A decree of dissolution was entered in 1983. As pertinent here, the parties at that time agreed that the wife would waive maintenance and Donald R. Wisdom (husband) would pay for the mortgage balance...
