NEWBERN, Justice.

James Lawrence Blevins, the appellant, was convicted of aggravated robbery of a restaurant in Hot Springs and sentenced to life imprisonment as an habitual offender. He contends the identification evidence used against him should have been suppressed because it resulted from the vehicle in which he was riding after the offense being illegally stopped. We find the stop was justified. The conviction is affirmed.
