The above-entitled matter came on for hearing before this court on April 10, 1992 upon the motion of all defendants for summary judgment. Defendants attack plaintiffs' twenty-count complaint on a variety issues. For the reasons set forth below, defendants' motion will be granted in part and denied in part.
