OPINION

BILLINGS, Associate Presiding Judge:

The State appeals the granting of defendant Brooke E. Bradford's motion to suppress. We reverse and remand for trial.

FACTS

On July 24, 1990 at 6:24 a.m., Deputy Jeffrey Thomas stopped defendant for traveling seventy-three miles per hour in a fifty-five-mile-per-hour zone on a remote stretch of Highway 10 in rural Emery County. Defendant produced his driver's license but had only a temporary...
