This is an appeal from a judgment partitioning the community of acquets and gains formerly existing between plaintiff, Blanche Rose Beverly Michael, and defendant, Anthony Albert ("Al") Michael.1 At issue is the classification of a certain immovable., referred to by the parties as the "Lils Court property", allocated to Mrs. Michael in settlement of a prior community, which settlement was confected shortly after she married...
