Security Federal Savings & Loan Association (Defendant) appeals the trial court's dismissal of its counterclaim for failure to state a claim pursuant to SCRA 1986, 1-012(B)(6) (Repl. 1992). The trial court certified its order as final, with appropriate language under SCRA 1986, 1-054(C)(1) (Repl. 1992).
