Ernest Cosse, Jr., decedent Narcisse Cosse Jr.'s grand-nephew, appeals a trial court judgment placing the assets of decedent's estate in the possession of Vincent D'Antoni, Jr. and Albert D'Antoni and their siblings. The trial court's decision was based on La.C.C. art. 184, which in 1933, when the decedent died, established a presumption that the husband of the mother was the father of "all children conceived during the marriage," and La.C.C. art....
