This case involves Bausch & Lomb, Inc.'s ("B & L") claims for damages arising from the alleged breach by Sonomed Technology, Inc. ("Sonomed") of a contract whereby B & L agreed to purchase and distribute ophthalmic diagnostic instruments manufactured and supplied by Sonomed.
