OPINION

FEDERICO G. HINOJOSA, Jr., Justice.

A single indictment charged appellants, acting together, with aggravated possession of marihuana. Appellants were tried together before a jury who found them guilty of possessing more than 50 but less than 200 pounds of marihuana. The trial court assessed Juan Sendejo's punishment at 30 years' confinement and a $25,000 fine and Yolanda Sendejo's punishment at ten years' confinement and a $5,000 fine. By two points...
