The decedent, Stephen W. Holmgren, died in a tragic car accident on July 19, 1990. Steve's wife of approximately eight weeks, Gianna Holmgren, was named administrator of the estate and employed attorney John Slevin to represent her in the matter. Steve's parents, Leonard and Anne Holmgren, filed claims against their son's estate. The parents sought possession of a speedboat valued at approximately $25,000 and the repayment...
