Both plaintiffs and defendant appeal the judgment of the Circuit Court of St. Louis City in a medical malpractice case. Because the cross-appeal alleges the unconstitutionality of §§ 538.210, 538.220, 538.230 RSMo 1986,1 this Court has exclusive jurisdiction. Mo. Const. Art. V, § 3. The judgment of the circuit court is affirmed in part and reversed in part; this case is remanded for further proceedings...
