A & P's Hole-In-One, Inc., appeals from an order of the Pulaski County Chancery Court dismissing its complaint, which sought from Sherry Moskop, president of A & P, a full accounting, payment for all unaccounted-for corporate funds, and damages for harm to its reputation and goodwill. We find sufficient merit in one point raised to warrant reversal and remand for further proceedings.
