Robert and Rhonda Tyree were involved in an automobile accident with Charles Berry, resulting in their filing a complaint alleging physical injury, property damage, pain and suffering, and emotional distress. The parties stipulated to the Tyrees' damages of $1,000 in future medical bills, $1,500 in past medical expenses, $100 in lost wages, and $2,500 in property damage, for a total of $5,100.
