Plaintiff, Annie Slager, brought an action against Commonwealth Edison Company, Frank L. Bruss, and Farmer's Grain Service, Inc., on behalf of the estate of her deceased husband, David Harold Slager. The decedent was killed on February 8, 1982, as he left the premises of Commonwealth Edison (Edison) in his car.
